Zee collegiate wants to thank you for selecting it as your child's learning home, where we believe in constructive upbringing. Zee collegiate will provide your child a learning-friendly environment. It will place your children at the center of learning and encourages their active participation in learning.

There are certain things we would like to share with you for the smooth running of the academic session 2022-23.

Your Check List:

Admission Policy:
• Students are directed to write correct address and other information in the form as they may be required to show the C.N.I.C. of their parents & guardians.

• The name of the students will be registered after the submission of the admission form.

Entrance Policy:
• After the admission of student, an ID card will be issued by the administration to student. He/ She is required to show the card at entrance.

• Please note that without identity card entry is not allowed in any circumstances.

Refund / Transfer & Cancellation Policy:
• No Demo classes will be offered. If the student is not satisfied, his/ her first tuition fee can be refunded within three days after the admission except admission fee.

• If due to some invaluable reasons, student is not able to take classes for a long period: his/ her application in advance for the exemption of that month fee can be considered.

• If student remain absent for two months without any prior information / written application, his/ her admission will be cancelled.

Course Duration:
• The course duration of for every subject of every class is 10 months.

• If due to any reason the course is not completed in time, extra classes will be arranged without any additional charges.

• You will be charged if any photo state is given to you.

Practical Classes:
• Strictly follow the lab rules and regulations. Lab coats are must.

• Any damage of apparatus by student during practical classes will be charged.

• Practical fee is strictly not refundable under any circumstances.

• Entrance in Lab in not allowed without ID card in any circumstances.

Discipline Policy:
• All the students must follow the coaching's time table, latecomers will not be allowed to enter the class. They will have to wait for the next class.

• Students will come to the coaching in neat and clean attire. High heels, open hair and fancy dresses are not allowed.

• Zee Collegiate has no transport facility. Student's pick and drop will be the responsibility of their parents entirely.

• Teachers will not be responsible for absentees work.

• Any kind of damage of collegiate property will be charged and the concerned students will be suspended.

• Students will be responsible for their vehicles, cell phone and other stationary inside or outside the collegiate.

• Zee Collegiate is not responsible for any clash outside the premises.

• Parents and students are not allowed to misbehave with the coaching staff or admin, if found guilty, the administrator holds all the rights to cancel the admission of child.

If you have any problem / query then you will have to meet BM. Your problems will be resolved.
